Whole-home renovation, one crew and one schedule
When a house needs more than one room, the sequence is the job. We plan the whole scope, floors to paint to kitchen and baths, so trades do not trip over each other and you move back in on the date we wrote down.
A whole-home renovation is usually one of two stories. A family has bought a 1970s–90s house with good bones and wants the floors, kitchen, baths, doors, trim and paint done before they move in. Or a house that has been in the family for thirty years is being brought up to date room by room, while people still live in it.
Either way we start with a walkthrough and produce a single scope and schedule. The order matters: demo and any permitted rough-in first, drywall and ceilings, then floors, then kitchen and baths, then doors and trim, and paint last so nothing gets scuffed. We are one crew, so the person who set your floors is the person who hangs the doors over them.
We do the carpentry, flooring, tile, drywall, trim and paint directly. Additions, wall removals and re-wiring are permitted, and when a job needs a permit or a licensed trade (moving plumbing, new circuits, structural changes) we say so up front and bring in the licensed plumber, electrician or general contractor who pulls it.

Whole-house flooring
LVP, tile and engineered wood run continuously through the home, with transitions that disappear.

Interior doors & trim
New slab or pre-hung doors, baseboard, casing, crown and wainscot: finish carpentry that is square and caulked.

Drywall & paint
Repairs, texture matching, ceiling work and full repaints with a moisture-tolerant system.

Open-plan conversions
Non-structural wall removals by us; load-bearing changes engineered and permitted with a licensed GC.

Pre-move-in packages
Floors, paint, doors, fixtures and a deep clean between closing and moving day.

How do you price a whole-home renovation?
By line item, after a walkthrough. You see every room and every task with a number beside it, so the scope can be trimmed or grown without re-quoting. Most whole-home projects in our area run $30,000–$120,000 depending on kitchen and bath counts.
How long does a whole-house renovation take?
Floors, paint, doors and trim across a 1,800–2,400 sq ft home: three to five weeks. Add a kitchen and two baths: eight to twelve weeks. We build the schedule around your closing or move-in date.
Can you take down the wall between my kitchen and living room?
If it is non-load-bearing, yes. It is a day of demo and a few days of patching. If it carries load, an engineer specifies a beam and a licensed general contractor pulls the permit; we coordinate and do the finish work.
