White House Renovations & Property Maintenance is a small renovation crew led by its owner. The name is a promise about the standard, not the colour.
Fabian Petravic has spent more than 15 years in construction and property maintenance, and the Instagram archive from 2019 shows the kind of work that built the company: bathrooms taken to the studs and rebuilt in tile, kitchens gutted and reset, floors run through whole houses, a garage door replaced on a Tuesday. Phone photos, honest jobs.
The company is now based in Fernandina Beach and works across Nassau County and greater Jacksonville. It is deliberately small: Fabian and an in-house crew, with licensed plumbers, electricians and a general contractor brought in for the parts of a job Florida requires them for. That is why the person who measures your kitchen is the person who sets the cabinets.
Most of our work is for homeowners. The rest is for landlords, investors and real-estate agents, who get the same crew with a promise built for them: rent-ready dates, inspection lists cleared, and photos for the file.

A walkthrough, then a line-item scope with allowances stated and permitted items flagged. The number does not change unless the scope does, and you see why.

Build it properly
Waterproofing behind the tile, a vapor barrier under the floor, fans that vent outdoors, hardware that survives salt air. The things you cannot see are the things that last.

Say what we are
We do the work Florida lets us do directly and bring in licensed trades for the rest, and we tell you which is which before we start.

Insured. Local since 2019. Licensed trades for permitted work.
General liability insurance; certificate on request. The work we do directly (kitchens, baths, floors, tile, drywall, trim, doors, paint and repairs) is work Florida does not licence. Permitted work is done by licensed trades, who pull the permit, and we say so in every scope.
